Chapter Six: Conclusion

Scully No sooner had the trial ended than Scully rose and left the stage. He hurried backstage to the dressing room he had been using for the duration of the trial and changing out of his judge’s attire, he quickly washed and changed into his street clothes. Scully left the Imperial Duatian Hall by a staff exit and hopped into the self-drive car he had instructed his valet to have waiting. Scully drove directly to Adhara Academy where he showed his Blessed Ancestor’s pass and was admitted to the grounds. Usually, classes would have been over for the day, but Scully knew that Bishop’s trial meant that all the students would have been in their classrooms watching the proceedings instead of taking lessons. Given the explosive and sometimes vulgar revelations that had been made, the teachers would probably have felt the need to put everything into context and explain what it all meant, particularly to the younger students. In short, his grandson would still be in the building. Scully aligh

About

Adhara Space Station is a collaborative project between myself and my sister Mae Goddard.
It all started on the 20th November 2011 when my sister created a piece of Star Trek TOS fanart called "Trek Through the Stars" and published it on her deviantart profile.

Trek Through The Stars

"Trek Through The Stars" shows Captain James T. Kirk a Star Trek character and my sister's original character Roxzamora Thanyu (Rocks-Ah-More-Ah Than-You). At this stage Roxzamora (Roxy) was imagined as a security officer on a starbase called Starbase 12. She was in some sort of relationship with Captain Kirk, "wink, wink".

Years after creating this picture, in 2014 following the death of our father, I began working with my sister on a new life for Roxy. Through role play we created an entire universe around her which was eventually turned into the first Adhara Space Station novella.

A scene from the first novel: Roxy threatens to open the airlock and send her uncle Huglier into space.

Over time Roxy's universe has expanded to include hundreds of  new characters and planets including many O.C.s that my sister had created for her Monster High fanart (also on DeviantArt) and original characters by me.

Concept Art for 300 ASS Characters

Adhara Space Station is a space opera, space fantasy or space fiction which deals with the upper echelons of The Alliance, an "evil" alliance of planets in a distant part of space. The stories are set more than 2000 years from our time long after the Earth has been destroyed. Roxy is now a princess of a planet called Bim but she works aboard the elite and sentient Adhara Space Station.

Influenced by camp 1960s "science fiction", intrigue, seduction, murder and comedy are all part of life aboard Adhara. This blog provides short stories and art whilst longer novels are available for sale on Amazon.

We hope that readers will enjoy reading Adhara as much as we enjoy creating it.
